What are your delivery options and shipping costs?

Orders placed on the Aesop Malaysia website can only be delivered within Malaysia.

Complimentary shipping on all orders

DHL Express Delivery time:
West Malaysia: 2-3 business days
East Malaysia: 5-10 business days

  • All orders are shipped from Malaysia.
  • Orders placed after 3pm on a Saturday, or placed on Sunday and public holidays, will be processed the following business day.
    Business days include Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
  • Our delivery time frames are estimates only and may vary with public holidays, possible courier delivery issues, and other
    influences (such as severe weather conditions) that are beyond the control of Aesop.

If you wish to have your order shipped to someone living in another country, please open the destination menu from the website's footer section and select the country you wish to ship to.

From here, you will be redirected to the Aesop website that services your chosen region, and can proceed to order your items. Note that prices will be displayed in the destination’s currency. If you cannot find your preferred destination, regrettably we do not ship to that country at this time.

How can I track my parcel?

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched, accompanied by a link to the appropriate tracking page. Tax invoices will also be included in your tracking email upon shipment.

For customers with a registered online profile, tracking information may also be accessed from within the Order History section of your account.

Which products are considered dangerous goods for shipping?

Some of our products are classified as Class 3 Flammable Liquids for the purposes of transportation. Any parcel that we ship containing these products will be packaged and labelled appropriately to comply with Dangerous Goods safety regulations.

Complimentary sample bundles are included with all online orders.

How many items can I order?

We invite you to purchase a maximum of 10 units per product.

Do the prices listed on the website include tax?

All prices on the Aesop Malaysia website are inclusive of SST.

The amount paid will be displayed on the invoice attached to your shipment email.

What is your returns policy?

We offer refunds for all products returned within 30 days of purchase, in their unopened and original condition. If you would like to return an item purchased online, please contact us below.

Regrettably, we are unable to accept online returns for products purchased in an Aesop signature store, department store or elsewhere.

All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

What should I do if my order is missing an item, damaged in transit, or hasn't been received?

If an item has been damaged in transit, Aesop will provide you with a replacement or a full refund*. Please keep the product/s and box, and contact us for further assistance.

If the package you received is incorrect. Please Contact Us and provide them with the following information to speed up the process.

  • Order number (this can be found in your order confirmation)
  • The name of the missing product
  • Clear image of all product/s received in one photo

Our Customer Service Team will investigate and provide further information.

*Please note that this applies only to orders placed on aesop.com. For purchases made through third-party retailers, we advise you to contact the place of purchase for assistance.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Please Contact Us if you wish to amend your order. Although we cannot guarantee this, we will endeavor for any orders that have not already been processed.
