Collection: Aurner Eau de Parfum: A defiant bloom

Aurner subverts the traditions of a floral fragrance with notes of Magnolia Leaf, Roman Chamomile and Cedar Heart.

Aurner [ORR-nerr], verb

To be adorned; to be embellished with flowers

Among an abundance of blooms, the search for something of exception. A fragrance that defies expectations. A scent that sizzles with insubordination. A creation that adorns the body and emboldens the spirit.

‘Aurner is designed as an evolutionary step within Aesop’s aromatic world—a truly defiant bloom, offering a different perspective on floral fragrance.’ Céline Barel, perfumer

The aroma of Aurner unfurls

Aurner opens with sparkling citrus notes underscored by the green, fresh spice of Cardamom and Pink Pepper, enriched by Roman Chamomile—a prelude to the aroma’s floral intensity, bringing with it an unexpected metallic aspect.

The initial freshness finds form in a resolutely nuanced floral heart. Magnolia Leaf's luminous herbaceous quality is embellished with notes of Geranium, while the developing warmth of Cardamom hints at wooded depths.

Finally, the base notes: richly textured woods of Sandalwood, Cypriol Heart and Cedar Heart make for compelling contrasts, while giving root to the lingering intensity of Magnolia Leaf

Aurner Ear Cuff

Bangkok-based fine jewellery designer Patcharavipa Bodiratnangkura materialised the fragrance’s emotive tensions within the necklace featured in the above short film. Beyond this, the story continues with the Aurner Ear Cuff, inspired by our defiant bloom—a mere 200 pieces are available at select Aesop stores.
